DIVORCE RECOVERY FOR CATHOLICS
Divorce Recovery for Catholics, an 8-week support group designed to meet the needs of those who are divorced or separated, will begin Tuesday, September 9 and conclude on October 28. The group will meet at St. Bede Parish in Mentor from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. with a caring, trained facilitator. Our goal is to provide a place where we can share support and encouragement while offering direction and guidance for those that are struggling. Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the participants and provide tools for coping and moving on. TRAVELING HEALING MASS
Catholic Renewal Ministries’ Traveling Healing Mass for September will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Parish on Friday, September 19 at 7 p.m. Fr. Chris Stein will be the celebrant. Praise and worship will begin at 7:00 and the liturgy will start at 7:30 p.m. Healing prayer teams will be available after Mass for individual prayer. The church is

RETROUVAILLE
Supported by the Cleveland Diocese, this program is for couples with marital problems small or big, including challenges with communication, fighting, or lack of intimacy, as well as those considering marriage separation or who are already separated or divorced. Retrouvaille brings new hope for healing and reconciliation. The next program begins with a weekend retreat September 19-21 and continues with weekly follow up sessions through November 2 to further develop the concepts and skills introduced though the initial retreat. CATHOLIC WOMEN’S DAY OF REFLECTION
The 2025 Cleveland Catholic Women’s Day of Reflection is Saturday, October 11 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Holiday Inn (6001 Rockside Road in Independence). Join us for a day of spiritual renewal featuring: Mass with Bishop Michael Woost, speakers Jackie Angel and Fr. Ryan Mann, and Music by Kira Andrea. Register at tobcle.org. St. Cyprian’s Reverse Raffle will take place Saturday, October 18, 2025. Each ticket this year is $50 which includes your main board ticket and dinner. There will also be a 50/50 Raffle and a Bottle draw along with the Final 25. COLLECTION FOR VICTIMS IN GAZA
Bishop Malesic and all bishops of the USA have asked us to take up a special collection to assist the Christians and other innocent victims of violence in Gaza and surrounding areas who are struggling to survive, protect their children and live with dignity in dire conditions. The Holy Father continues to call for a cease fire and for aid to enter the territory, noting with great sorrow that “Gaza is starving”. Please consider donating. There are boxes located at the front of the church.
PERRY CENTER WISH LIST
The Perry Center is our local food pantry supported by the churches in our community and private donations. For the month of SEPTEMBER, The Perry Center is requesting SPAGHETTI SAUCE. There are boxes located at the entrances of our church. Thank you for helping those in need in our community.
